The Sandstone Apartment development is a $23.54 million social and affordable housing development located at 54 Reinforcement Parade in the Shoreline estate, North Coogee. The 5-level complex comprised 38 modern dwellings (12 one bedroom, 24 two-bedroom, and 2 studio apartments) designed to offer residents prime access to the beach, cycling paths, and Fremantle’s vibrant amenities.
The project was constructed in 56 weeks by using the Precision Construction system and was Australia’s first commercial project constructed with Prefabricated Masonry.
