Founded in 2006, Tyrone is a WA-owned construction and manufacturing company.  We produce prefabricated and precast elements in our manufacturing facilities that compose our Precision Construction System, which is designed to eliminate delays, reduce risk and enables Tyrone to extend fixed price contracts.

Our Story

Tyrone began as a small bricklaying business in Perth. Today, we’re a multi-division construction and manufacturing group, delivering complex projects across housing, civil, industrial, and government infrastructure.

Key milestones:

  • 2006 – First residential and commercial projects in Perth
  • 2010 – Master Builders WA Award for St Mary's Cathedral Restoration
  • 2014 – Major contract at the $1.2b Perth Children’s Hospital
  • 2021 – WA’s first modular masonry units
  • 2025 – First company in Australia to manufacture masonry walls off-site
