ADCO Constructions project - The building provides 112 self-contained apartments, a mix of studios and one-bedroom units with half reserved for people experiencing homelessness or rough sleeping, and the remainder for low-income earners.
Officially opened on April 1, 2026, the project features 24/7 on-site support services, communal areas, and commercial spaces to foster an inclusive community.
